Fall/Winter Season

SKATE WITH US!

All girls welcome! We provide a fun, inclusive opportunity for girls to play in an all-female environment. All sessions are led by USA Hockey Certified coaches.

Ages

8U-12U

When

Season begins 11 September and runs through February/early March

Where

Practices and home games are held at Ion International Training Center. Games and jamborees may be played across the DMV.

Training

Players will experience an age-appropriate, comprehensive training program to maximize player and team development. Weekly sessions will focus on individual skill development, power skating, small-area game play, hockey IQ, team components, and game strategy.

COST - $675

Registration includes all weekly skills sessions, coaching, and local DMV-area games.

UNIFORMS

Every player will receive a reversible practice jersey with registration.

TOURNAMENTS

6U/8U teams will participate in 1-2 tournaments
10U and 12U teams will participate in 1-2 tournaments
Tournament participation involves an additional assessment fee

2026-2027

Our 2026-27 program consists of a full season, including one practice per week, with scheduled breaks for holidays.

We encourage multi-sport athletes and the balance achieved by pursuing other interests.

COST
$675 for approximately 22 on-ice sessions
$25 discount for payments made by check (email for registration/discount code)

TEAMS
While basic skating skills are recommended, players of all skill levels are welcome. In addition to weekly skills sessions, players will have opportunities to participate in ad hoc games around DMV-area.

Practice-only: Our rookie and younger skaters are grouped together for age and skill-appropriate practices.

6U/8U Jamboree Team: Once players are ready for competitive play beyond practice, they are welcome to participate in local jamborees, 3-4 per season.

10U & 12U Teams: In addition to practices, ad hoc games will be scheduled based on player availability.

6U/8U teams will participate in 1-2 tournaments (Ocean City in February, and likely another in early March). 10U and 12U teams will participate in 1-2 tournaments (dates/locations TBD). Tournament participation involves an additional assessment fee.
